Several residents have contacted the Echo after witnessing two parking enforcement officers placing tickets on several motorcycles that were parked ‘off the road’ in Bridlington.
Parking on the Southside was at a premium today due to several large public events occurring at the Spa and on the South Beach.
A witness explained to the Echo that she saw two traffic wardens systematically ‘working their way along South Marine Drive.’
However, one householder claimed that many cars and bikes were parked ‘not according to road markings and restrictions’ – especially around the Belvedere Road/ Cardigan Road area, near to the Park & Ride cafe and roundabout.
