Bridlington’s King Street is set to come alive this Bank Holiday weekend with three days of markets and food-related attractions expected to draw visitors into the town centre.
The popular King Street Markets will take place on Saturday and Sunday, offering a wide range of stalls featuring local traders, crafts, gifts, clothing and speciality products. The event has become a regular attraction for shoppers looking to browse independent businesses and pick up unique items.
The celebrations will continue on Bank Holiday Monday, August 31, when the King Street Food Festival takes centre stage. Visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of food and drink offerings, with traders serving everything from sweet treats to savoury favourites.
Organiser Angela Langton says the weekend is designed to support local businesses while providing a family-friendly attraction for residents and holidaymakers alike.
The events are expected to add to the vibrant atmosphere in Bridlington town centre during one of the busiest weekends of the summer, with visitors encouraged to explore the markets, sample local produce and support independent traders.
