The Flamborough Inshore Lifeboat was called out earlier this afternoon to rescue two people who were reported to have been cut off by the rising tide.
The Bridlington Coastguard Team were also in attendance.
Great work by both teams helping to keep our coastline safe for locals and visitors.

SHOUT – Flamborough RNLI launched on service at 16.24 following reports of people cut off by incoming tide at Pigeon Hole, Selwicks Bay.

Two people taken aboard and brought back safely to South Landing at 16.50 where they were given safety advice by waiting Coastguard personnel.
