A Bridlington Majorette troupe is celebrating after two recent donations.
East Coast Majorettes contacted Bridlington Round Table who kindly granted them a cheque for £1000 to help the team with supplies for the new season.
Macey from the group thanked the organisation for their invaluable help, which will enable equipment to be purchased and other costs to be met throughout the year.
Following a visit to Flamborough Lighthouse Fisheries, local supporter Gary Sharples sponsored one of the group’s ‘Tiny’ members, donating £100 towards her uniform, competition equipment and invited her entire section of 17 dancers for a celebratory meal.
