The historic Bridlington Old Town will once again be transformed into a festive winter wonderland on Sunday 29 November for Ye Olde Town Yuletide Fayre and Lantern Walk, running from 11am to 6pm.

Final touches are being put to new lanterns, including a stunning motorbike, which will be part of the huge parade featuring well over a hundred lanterns. The parade will set off around 4.30pm, after the tree lights are officially switched on at 4.pm.

We will have plenty of street entertainment, lots of singers performing along the High Street and also in the pubs, plus plenty of stalls to buy bespoke Christmas gifts from…and of course there will be the fantastic independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on the street.”
Joy Verda, form Destination Old Town (DOT) who organises the Lantern Parade, said: “This with be the 10th anniversary of the parade and there is plans fro more lanterns and five ‘Wacky Race’ cars for the children to carry.”

There is still a few places for stall holders, with organisers looking for arts, crafts and festive theme vendors. Please call in at the Alex May Gallery, 15 High Street, or email bridlingtonrobotevents@gmail.com.
