This morning (Friday, 19 June 2026), four people were arrested following a series of warrants coordinated by the Bridlington Neighbourhood Policing Team.

With support provided by the Kinetic Intervention Team, Dog Section, Kinetic Organised Crime Group Team and our Rural Task Force drone pilots, three simultaneous warrants were conducted at addresses on Great Meadow Road and Bessingby Gate in Bridlington.

Also in attendance was Neighbourhood Policing Assistant Chief Constable Mike Walker, who joined officers and partner agencies in support of the operation as part of the Neighbourhood Policing Week of Action.

During searches of the properties, officers reported discovered and seized quantities of suspected class A and B drugs, drugs paraphernalia and weapons, as well as cash and mobile phones believed to be involved in drug supply.

As a result, a 42-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, money laundering, possession of a bladed article and possession of a prohibited firearm.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of a class B drug.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of failing to appear at court. They all remain in police custody at this time pending further enquiries.
