Bridlington RNLI has been given a major boost after receiving a cheque for £18,058.70 at the lifeboat station on South Marine Drive. The generous donation was presented by local business Country Style Foods in recognition of a year of successful fundraising and partnership with the lifesaving charity.

Volunteers and crew at the station said they were extremely grateful for the continued support, which will help fund vital training, equipment and rescue operations along the Yorkshire coast.
Bob Taylor for Bridlington RNLI said: “We are incredibly thankful to Country Style Foods for their amazing support. Not only did they raise a fantastic amount, but we also had great fun working with them throughout last year. We’re really looking forward to continuing that partnership in the year ahead.”

Special thanks were given to Amy and the whole team at Country Style Foods for their enthusiasm and commitment to helping keep crews ready to save lives at sea.
