Yorkshire Cancer Research’s Bridlington Committee is inviting residents to a festive Coffee and Crafts event at St John’s Methodist Church on Quay Road on Friday 20th November.
Visitors can enjoy tea, coffee and mince pies between 10am and 1pm while browsing a range of craft stalls offering Christmas gift ideas. Yorkshire Cancer Research Christmas cards will also be on sale, alongside a selection of homemade cakes.
The event follows the committee’s return to fundraising after nearly a year away, with its annual luncheon having taken place at Belvedere Golf Club on Tuesday 13th October.
Organisers hope the coffee morning will give local people the chance to begin their Christmas shopping while supporting the charity’s work and catching up with friends. A spokesperson for the committee said they were delighted to be returning to fundraising and looked forward to welcoming supporters old and new.
