A new event, ‘Porsches on the Prom’, will take place this Sunday (April 16th) in Bridlington.
A large number of the iconic cars will set off from Listers Porsche Centre in Hull ready for their day out at the seaside.

Members will then embark on a scenic drive to the Bridlington Spa, with a large numbers of the sports cars coming together for a meet in Bridlington from mid-morning.
Bridlington is also set to host a number of charity events later this year, organised by the Yorkshire branch of the Porsche Club GB.

The cars will be displayed around the outside of the Spa Royal Hall and the RNLI lifeboat station from 11.30am onwards.
Funds raised from the event will support the Bridlington RNLI lifeboat station.

As part of the event, Belinda and James Richardson’s RNLI-911 Challenge car will be on display alongside many other members’ Porsche 911 cars.
In a further prestige event for the area, the Yorkshire Porsche Festival will take place on July 9th at Sewerby Hall and Gardens, with a large range of entertainment, food vendors, and activities for children.

Funds will again be raised for the Bridlington RNLI station and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
The final event of the year will see the group support James and Belinda on their charity drive around all the UK lifeboat stations, kindly sponsored by the Porsche Club GB.

The group thanked ERYC, Bridlington Spa, Sewerby Hall and Gardens, volunteers and those who work with the lifeboats and air ambulance services for their help in staging the events.
