Indie rock favourites The Pigeon Detectives are set to make a long-awaited return to Bridlington Spa this December, nearly two decades after their last appearance at the venue.

The Leeds-formed band will bring their trademark energy, singalong choruses and acclaimed live show back to the Yorkshire coast, with fans expected to flock to the Spa for what promises to be a memorable night of live music on Saturday 5 December.
The group last performed at Bridlington Spa in 2008 and have remained one of the most recognisable names from the UK indie rock scene since bursting onto the charts with their debut album Wait for Me in 2007.

Known for crowd-pleasing hits including I Found Out, Take Her Back, Romantic Type and I’m Not Sorry, The Pigeon Detectives built a reputation for delivering high-octane performances and continue to attract audiences across the country.
Joining them on the bill will be rising indie outfit The Lilacs, who return to Bridlington after headlining the This Feeling By The Sea Festival earlier this year. The band have earned praise for their energetic live performances and anthemic sound and are expected to get the crowd warmed up with a set packed full of indie favourites.

The December concert offers music lovers the chance to swap festive playlists for indie anthems and kick-start the Christmas season in style.
Tickets are priced at £29.50 plus booking fee and are on sale now from Bridlington Spa.
