Veterans and town councillors have also been busy decorating the railings around the War Memorial with huge poppy petals and this year’s occasion – on Sunday 12 November – will see hundreds of veterans, service groups, serving military and dignitaries parade along Quay Road to the Bridlington War Memorial on Wellington Road.
