Wednesday, 24 September is National Fitness Day, to celebrate East Riding of Yorkshire Council are offering current members the opportunity to ‘Bring a Friend for Free’ across all East Riding Leisure centres including the Leisure Centre in Bridlington.

This offer will run for one week from Wednesday, 24 September to Wednesday, 1 October. Members are able to bring a friend or family member to enjoy the use of facilities including swimming, classes, gym and sports hall.
Family and friends of members will need to book a gym induction in advance to make the most of the offer, this can be done online or in person at any East Riding Leisure centre.

Online gym inductions are recommended, however, in person inductions are available, but will be limited. Please note that children aged 14 to 16 must complete an in-person induction if using the gym.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council expect this promotion to be popular, so please ensure your friend or family member books an induction early to avoid disappointment.

There will be a competition on the council’s social media channels to win a three month membership or payment holiday and there will be free online workouts on the day for all of those unable to join the centres on 24 September.
This year’s theme is ‘Powered By You’ reminding people of all ages and abilities the importance of physical activity, and recognising the positive impact fitness can have in our lives both physically and mentally.
This offer can be used from 24 September to 1 October only. One pass per member and users must be aged 14 plus.
