The Divisional Allocations for next season’s ER County League have been finalised.
The League’s Premiership Division continues to be a feeder division into the Humber Premier League for the forthcoming season.
Several new teams from the Scarborough & District Football League have also joined the ER League.
. To help with the transition of accepting the Scarborough area teams you will see we have created a North Championship and a South Championship divisional allocation. These two divisions have equal standing and sit below the Premiership Division.
Some teams from the Scarborough & District Football League have been allocated places in lower ranked Divisions which will necessitate some trips further south within the East Riding for these teams, and vice versa for our East Riding based teams. The Fixture Secretary always endeavours to schedule the longer journeys during the months with better weather (whenever that is these days!) to hopefully aid with travel conditions.
The League’s Pre-Season meeting will take place on the evening of Wednesday 14th August. Details to be confirmed in the next week or so.
The Premiership Division is scheduled to commence on Saturday 17th August.
All other Divisions are scheduled to commence on Saturday 7th September.
