A nurse who lives near Bridlington is following her sporting dream as a member of the British Formula Woman’s team.
Chloe Wilkinson from Thwing, joined Formula Woman in April and has participated in exciting track days at the Snetterton and Donnington Park circuits.

Formula Woman was established with the purpose of encouraging more women to pursue their passion for motorsport and fulfil their dream of becoming a racing driver.
“I am also proud to have obtained my ARDS licence (Association of Racing Driver Schools). My love for racing is my driving force and I am constantly pushing myself to enhance my knowledge and skills in all aspects of the sport.
“My ultimate goal is to climb the ranks in the racing world and gain valuable experience along the way.” explained Chloe.

Her most recent track day was a huge success, with excellent feedback from her instructor.
“Alice (the instructor) told me I did an amazing job – with my situational awareness being impressive and excellent vision.
“Alice also mentioned how impressed she was with my progress as I completed more sessions.” added Chloe.

For budding female drivers Chloe has two recommendations: Consider joining the Jag P8P Team and participating in the two-day Karting event with Champion Karter Alicia Barrett.
