McDonald’s on Bessingby Road in Bridlington will close for a month while the site undergoes a major makeover.
The restaurant will shut at 8pm on Sunday, November 1, before reopening on Tuesday, December 1.
A post on their Facebook site says that the investment will give the restaurant a new look, feel and layout, with the company promising customers a refreshed experience when it reopens.
During the closure, customers are being directed to alternative McDonald’s restaurants in the area, including the Scarborough Drive Thru, which is open 24 hours, Scarborough town centre and Beverley.
Staff from the Bridlington restaurant will also be helping out at the other branches during the refurbishment, meaning customers may still see some familiar faces.
McDonald’s has apologised for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure and says it will share updates and sneak peeks of the makeover through its social media page.
