Pedestrians and motorist are being urged to take care after a large branch has fallen off and is blocking part of the street on a road in Bridlington.
The pavement and part of the carriageway is currently blocked on Brett Street, just off Quay Road in the town.
These pictures were taken by Teri Prime who sent them in to the Echo to warn pedestrians and motorist who may be passing by.
The high winds and rain are being brought around the region by Storm Ashley which is bringing strong winds and heavy rain to much of the UK today.
Said Teri: “This tree is massive and it’s some of the branches that have snapped…more could go. It’s a good job no one was walking or driving past at that time.”
