The owners are desperately looking for their dog Bella who ran away whilst chasing pheasants on one of her daily walks between Bempton and Buckton, near Bridlington yesterday afternoon.
Bella is on daily medication for a lifelong medical condition.
The owners are now desperate and are worried that she may have been stolen.
Bella knows the area well as it forms part of her daily walks, but she has not been spotted since running off yesterday.
The owners said: “Bella has been missing since approximately 2pm this afternoon after chasing pheasants.”
“This is very out of character for her to go far and not return.”
“She knows the area very well so not likely that she’s lost.”
“She is in need of her medication for a lifelong medical condition.”
“We are devastated and desperate for a sighting.”
