The AGM of Bempton and Buckton Community Village Hall will be held on Tuesday, November 2.
It takes place in the main hall at 7pm to conduct the necessary business of the charity, including the receiving of annual reports and accounts and the election of officers and committee members.
Any member of the charity wishing to nominate themself, or any other member of the charity to serve as an officer, or other committee member, must do so in writing to the secretary at the village hall or by email – mcleanalanmac@btinternet.com – by next Monday, October 18.
All Bempton and Buckton village residents are members of the charity.
There is provision within the constitution for non-resident hall users to become members by application.
