Exciting Mini Tractor Run Set for October 25th
Flamborough is set to witness its inaugural mini tractor run on Saturday, October 25th and organisers are eager to gauge the local interest in this new event.
Inspired by calls for a closer tractor run, local resident Kate Locker has taken the initiative to bring this fun-filled day to the community.
The tractor run will kick off at the iconic Flamborough Lighthouse, with participants departing at approximately 6:30 PM.
The route will take them through picturesque villages including Flamborough, Bempton, and Buckton, before winding back to the starting point.
This year’s event is dubbed a trial run, with hopes of establishing an annual occurrence that may feature expanded routes in the future.
Pre-registration is essential to meet highway application requirements. A registration fee of £10 is required, which includes refreshments and snacks.
All proceeds raised during the event will be donated to local charities and community groups, reinforcing the spirit of giving back to the area.
