A Bridlington pub landlord has raised much needed funds for Bridlington RNLI.
Rob Young, Landlord of the Lansdowne pub, on Lansdowne Road in Bridlington, recently organised a bucket collection at various pubs around the town.
Rob, who was celebrating the first year of trading of the Landsdowne, visited several local hostelries to collect for the Bridlington RNLI volunteers.
The pubs visited were The New Inn, Three Brass Monkeys, Goat, Cue and Cushion, Hook and Parrot and the Corner Bar.
A spokesperson for Bridlington RNLI said: “Thanks also go to Terry Ryan, Chris Wright, Kiri Marsh, Sarah Egan, Leanne Ratcliffe and Amanda Beaumont, who were part of the collection team, plus thank you to the holidaymakers and locals who donated during the visits by Rob and his ‘crew’.”
Pictured collecting the cheque for £320.79 with Rob and his fellow collectors are RNLI volunteers Jess and Kristina and ‘Stormy Stan’.
