After an anxious couple of weeks, Bella the beautiful Bridlington black Labrador is back home.
She was scared by fireworks and ran away from her home on November 5th. She was found six days later a few miles away at Fraisthorpe beach in a bad state and had to be kept under vetinary care for over a week.
Her owner Richard has shared the latest statement with the Echo….
“Bella update – well what an eventful 13 days but we finally got to bring her home battered and bruised but she walked to the car.
She is now on bed rest for the next 3 weeks then very gradual exercise after.
As a family we have been overwhelmed by the love and support we have received from everyone.
She is a very special dog who is now loved by so many! Thank you all so much.”
