Several local charity groups and organisations have been presented with grants by Bridlington Town Council.
Groups that were awarded grants by town Mayor Cllr Rick Arrand were: Millau Twinning Association, Bridlington U3A, Bridlington Red Admirals, Sewerby Women’s Institute, New Pasture Lane Community Centre, Bridlington Bowling Club (Dukes Park), Bridlington Sea Cadets, Bridlington District Civic Society, Bridlington
Central Action Group and the Regent Archers.
The successful applicants received between £100 and £500 for their groups.
Mayor Arrand said:“It’s always an honour to help these local groups and organisations that make a real difference to Bridlington.The work they do is incredible.”
