Young artists across Bridlington are being invited to enter a competition to see their artwork transformed into a spectacular ice sculpture at this year’s Bridlington Ice Trail.
With a medieval theme for 2026, children are encouraged to get creative and draw a brave knight, a mighty dragon, a castle or anything inspired by the days of legends.
The winning design will be carved into ice by Glacial Art Ice Sculptors and displayed along the trail on Saturday, November 14.
The sculpture has kindly been sponsored by the Lords Feoffees of Bridlington.
There can only be one winner, so young artists are encouraged to get their entries submitted before the deadline.
How to enter
Drawings should be dropped off at Angela Bare or Petals Florist, both on King Street, Bridlington.
Entries must include the child’s name and age, plus a parent’s telephone number written on the back.
The closing date is Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
Parental permission is required, and the winner must be available for press photographs.
