The Bempton and Buckton garage
sale has been re-organised for Saturday 20th September, from 10am to 4pm, after the original event on 19th July was decimated by heavy rain throughout the day.
The poor weather meant a disappointing day for all involved,
prompting organisers at the Bempton
and Buckton Community Village Hall
to arrange a new date to give the event
a proper chance and ensure those who
support it didn’t miss out.
The garage sale will follow its usual
format, with sales taking place in the
driveways and garages of residents across both Bempton and Buckton.
Maps will be available from the Community Village Hall and will include any new stalls taking part in September that were not involved in the original July sale.
A table top sale will also be held
in the community village hall, where
refreshments will be available.
