Bridlington residents are being invited to attend a public meeting organised by the Bridlington Health Forum (BHF) to hear the latest developments on local NHS dental services and the future of the Bridlington Care Unit.

The event will take place at Christ Church, Quay Road, on Thursday, 16 July at 6.30pm. Representatives from the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), local dental practices and the York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are expected to attend and answer questions from the public.
The meeting comes amid continuing concern over access to NHS dentistry in Bridlington, an issue that has been repeatedly highlighted by residents and campaigners. Recent reports have also focused on plans affecting the Bridlington Care Unit, which has been the subject of significant local debate and public campaigning.

According to the Bridlington Health Forum, a panel of health leaders will provide updates and respond directly to questions from residents about healthcare provision in the town. The forum has long campaigned to protect and improve local NHS services and increase community involvement in healthcare decisions.
The meeting is open to all members of the public.
