After appeal lasting several months to find the whereabouts of a stolen springer spaniel from Thornholme, a spokeswoman for the owners has confirmed he has been found safe and well
She said: “Yes I can confirm he’s been found in Kent, handed into a vets and someone is on his way down to pick him up now.”
It is understood Keedy was discovered in the town of Canterbury in Kent.
His elderly owners were devastated when all three of their springer spaniels were stolen from their farm in Thornholme, between Bridlington and Burton Agnes, in February.
Two of the dogs were eventually returned, but Keedy – the youngest of the dogs -had been missing for three months.

Despite numerous appeals by the Echo and other media outlets via the family and police, Keedy had remained missing for three months.
