Flamborough RNLI were tasked again by HM Coastguard at 3:25pm Saturday 15 August following a call reporting four adults in difficulty on paddleboards at Five Arches, near North Landing.

The two males and two females were taken safely on board Forever Yibba (B-959) and landed safely at North Landing beach.
The lifeboat returned to South Landing station at 4:20pm, where the volunteer crew and shore crew washed and refuelled both the lifeboat and launching tractor, ready for the next call.

That makes three shouts in less than 24 hours for the crew at Flamborough. A busy weekend for our volunteers, who are always ready to respond 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Earlier, at today 1:17pm, the Coastguard tasked Flamborough RNLI to a broken-down boat off South Landing.
The volunteer crew located the vessel, assessed the situation and safely towed the boat to South Shore, Bridlington.
The lifeboat then returned to South Landing, arriving back at 2:38pm.
